LTI: Leadership Training Institute
This years LTI was held at Greene Family Camp from September 9th – September 11th. The theme was Follow the SWUSYbrick road. There were lots of programs that tied in leadership training with Dorothy’s adventure down the yellow brick road. We talked about the ethics of Judaism and how they tied into being a good leader. We talked about what defines being a leader and how we can use our leadership to better others. The convention was a wonderful experience and was a good start to the REB’s term. It was also Maury Jacobs first convention as our Regional Youth Director. The convention was an overall success as the USYers who participated in all of the activities came in as leaders and left as doogma.
